Please I want to start Domain Name registration and Web Hosting Web Hosting Reseller business.
But I'm Newbie.I can big invest but i dont know How to start.
So I want to know
1.What is best Domain Name API
2.What register provide best domain price with best service
3.If Recommend any register then Why Recommend you.
4.what is Best Web Hosting Billing system.why need to buy i cannot use Direct domain Company?

please help me.and share your mind also beware stupid company.

First select a hosting company which delivers value service at a low price. Choose a volume discount reseller and resell individual shared hosting packages with a substantial discount.

First write a complaint letter to that company and mail it certfied mail, then they will get the idea you are not fooling around. If that doesn't work take them to small claims court.
