Hello, my name is Evan and I just have a few questions.
I would like to start a business where I would sell a product, specifically for cars, and when a user buys something, I wish to have a 3rd party organization distribute the product. Is there such a process? Can costumers buy products from my site and have a warehouse deliver the product. How would they get their money? Check by me? Or Check by them to me. Yes it's called drop shipping and you pay the merchant.

Before starting a business you need to have a concrete plan on how to realize it. Be sure that this is really what you wanted.

Dropshipping is a good way to do it but you must have enough ideas on how it works.
