Hey all

I am looking for some feedback on setting up a digital download for videos. I've done some research and found alot of options but I am wondering what people suggest.

I am currently using paypal selling DVD's but the client wants to switch to digital downloads. I have looked into ejunkie, payloadz, etc but they seem costly for the small amount of transactions we will be doing. Is there an option to host the files on a local web server and link to them after a purchase is made?

It is not a heavy volume of downloads, just larger files in the 500-700 mb range and maybe 2-3 DL's a day at this point.

Any feedback is appreciated,

Thanks!

Yes I saw that page. Very helpful thanks for posting. After reviewing alot of these options I am starting to think Payloadz actually is not that bad on pricing for what they provide. Especially when it comes to large downloads like video. I just wanted to see if anyone else had any success with any particular companies.

Thanks for the feedback!

It's not especially difficult to write a script using the Paypal IPN to send buyers a "one shot" download link either.
