I need templates created are freelancer sites safe to use? I plan to use freelancer.com anyone ever used it?

Do you use Ebay? Same amount of risk - use common sense and use a "rated" member and you should be OK.

Don't use someone with a bad reputation on a freelance site...

Some of the freelance companies do offer wide range of skills and business capabilities but not all of them can ensure best performance and that in what I've experienced in the past, they've really cost that high although I wasn't happy with the relationship I had with the candidates. What an entrepreneur would need are loyal, professional and trained candidates that can work for you in the long term. Also, I wouldn't have to waste a lot of time training them much because these companies should have pre-screened them already.

I've used both elance.com and guru.com. I've had decent vendors with both and have never been ripped off. Both allow you to review ratings of other users and you can put money in escrow so the vendor must complete the work before getting paid. If you have problems with the vendor you are using they have some type of mediation. Just be sure to specify what you want, and ask for some work samples.
