Hello

so we are beginning out search for a payment processor/gateway but due to us not being incorporated in the US, being a startup, and being classified as "high risk" we are having a difficult time ..

a few foreign competitors however had been able to find a solution.

my question is ...

is there a way to find out who a website is using to process payments? is that in the source files or something?

i already did the obvious and ask them via email and no one responded..shocker..

any ideas would be greatly appreciated...

Phone them up and tell them that you are thinking of buying from their site but are concerned about making internet purchases, then ask them who their processor is. It's easy for them to ignore an email, not so easy to ignore a potential sale on the telephone.

What makes your site 'high risk'? I am curious to know.

I would also agree that the only surefire way to know which processor a company is using is to ask them.

Call them up and inform them that you are pondering of purchasing from their web site but is doubtful regarding their internet purchases, and finally make your query about the their processor.
