Hello, All!

I've a general question.

How companies work through web. How an alone Man (Computer Scientist) make his own big website and then He give jobs to people for working in his company. How this process occur? Suppose take Yahoo, MSN and Google. These are big sites, so take another one Cricinfo.com.

At starting, one Man doesn't have enough money to build his site and hiring people for job. So how this process happens?

Another question is that I've just listened about Google Adsense and other companies like Adbrite etc.. but we don't see that these big companies like Cricinfo.com and other (where 1000 of workers work) use Google Adsense etc on their web page. So how they earn through their website? How they give salary their workers?

Regards,

You have a good idea then get investors to back the idea.

Slowly.

So basically what you are saying is, that you haven't got a clue how to start, run or grow a business.

BTW
cricinfo.com is owned and run by probably the biggest sports network in the world.

Well you come up with something that either catches peoples imagination or something that many people need or want or simply something that fills a gap in a marketplace.
http://www.webmaster-talk.com/ecomme...-business.html

THEN you need to have a plan to move it forwards along with a viable "roadmap" of growth and projections of the costs and potential profits/earnings.
You then have to present this (pitch it) to bankers or private investors who invest capital in return fo a share of the business.

Have you hot heard of "The Dragons Den"
