I'm in the process of creating my first website and I'm having trouble with the for sale page of it. I would like for other people to be able to list things for sale on my website and they sell it. Right now Im thinking it would either be free to list stuff or really cheap, like a couple dollares. I just dont know how to set this up and what sort of laws etc I need to know about. My website is being hosted thru iPage and there I was told to install osCommerce and i did, but that doesnt look to be what Im needing. osCommerce to me looks almost like Amazon, where I want my "for sale" section to look more like www.barrelhorseworld.com for sale section. Hope that all makes sense. Im not listing anything for sale, instead the members will list stuff for sale.

Try Noahs Classifieds. That comes with Fantastico - Cpanel. It should be in your Control panel (I think that CPanel is being used in iPage Hosting. Am I right?)

For legal matters, you should consult a legal expert.
Basically, you must define what can be put on for sale on your website and what should not be.
