Hi, I want to make a site that connects buyers of a service with sellers of a service, and I take a percentage of the final seller fee. The problem is , all the seller has to do to avoid my fee is to give the buyer their paypal address in the "discuss project" chat area. Is there a way I can prevent this? I have already decided to make it so that the money goes into a website account and some gets taken out for the %cut, then they can put it in their paypal account after I get my cut, but all they have to do to avoid this is to give the buyer their direct paypal address in chat. Can I avoid this? Any help greatly appreciated. Thanks.
