Hi guys,

There are so many e-commerce solutions out there now (shopping carts, hosted solutions etc) that I can't keep track of all of them. Would like to tap the collective knowledge of this forum to help with some questions I have.

For the solutions that you use:

1) When sending an invoice to a person (after they make a purchase), does the system automatically copy the email to an email address that you specify?

2) Can you specify multiple email accounts to copy to?

Would love to hear from users of ecommerce solutions. Thanks in advance!

It really depends on what cart you are using. Some will send a PDF invoice, some will only send a confirmation and you send the email (post or email to them)

Most carts I've used have the option to send order confirmations to multiple accounts which is handy if one email address is down for any reason.

Do you have any shopping carts in mind? What products are you going to be selling?

yes I think most do. shopify does.

Glad to hear that most shopping carts have the ability to send multiple emails to accounts!

Asking the question as the service we provide requires merchants to have the ability to send invoice emails to multiple accounts. There are just too many shopping carts out there to check all of them out.
