Hi there guys, my name is Brady and well im here to ask you a couple questions about all those people selling their website on ebay when i go to ebay i see all the people selling websites for like 4k-8k or even more and i saw this one right here

which is a business website,now i can't actually see the content of the website but im guessing whoever made that website wrote stuff about business, so my question is Do i need to make a website write some content and then sell it? or I just need to make a website add some content to it depending the kind of website it is and just sell it? this kind of confuse to me because i see a lot of people selling their websites with content in it , prices, clothes, shoes, stuff like that and i ask myself how did they get all that info the prices, the names, photos i know you can just go to let's say target website and cope all that and add it to your website but what i wanna know is What do i need to do in order to sell just a website nothing else just the website, can you guys explain me a little bit about this because i think there are 3 types of websites based on what i just said here. I will really appreciate your help guys.

I think you can make a site write some content and sell it.But about what types,I have no idea.

that's what im wondering too i mean i don't know how they do it like they just get some info about business and post it in their web and then sell it ... but i dont get it like why im pretty sure they will change all that info and replace it for something else

It is NOT JUST a website that they are selling, it is a fully established BUSINESS and website, AND if it can turnover more than $100,000 pa the price should be DOUBLE what it is on offer for.

very interesting and he also mentioned in a different video that i could use this website http://www.homestead.com/?s_cid=LINKSHARE to start building my own business website or any kind of website,and then see it on ebay... so what do you think about this my friend?

Lol, well i guess i shouldnt have asked that kinda question.
Okay so it'd better if i just make a website tempate, header, some flash maybe and some info just to give it a nice look and then sell it on ebay?
what would suggest me to do?

it takes a lot of effort to collect data and to built a website and later may be they made enuf of profit that that are satisfied with it ;-)
