Well I want to know that what is the formula to find out dollar value of any company.

Is there any specific tool for it?

moreover how do you people find it and what is most preferable way to find it(if they are many)?

For any capital purchase such as a business aquisition of a going concern, the purchaser would aim to make back the investment from the aquisitions revenue within 2.5 years.
