Would you like to share what's your "send us your feedback and reply to your customer" policy? Do you read & reply every feedback or just leave them idle in your inbox?

mcdonalds teaches a concept to its managers - Only 1/10 actually say when they are unsatisfied to the point where they are a lost customer. Most people just leave.

So for every 1 complaint, picture 9 people behind them.

If a customer or potential customer is willing to spend time to email you feedback, LISTEN. Most online business entrepreneurs would kill for just a valid email address

Every customer feedback is very important, specially in the internet when everyone can view it. The tendency you might loss a lot more if you will not do about it. So answer every feedback and you should at least listen and try to fix it, if not you can give them back their money.
