Hi!

As in the title really, is there any quick way to do that?

The product are all stock products, ie, there are other websites that have all them on them, and all the images of the products can be found online easily.

Is there any quick way to set up the website today, fully functioning with the products?

XML import, CSV import, most suppliers provide product feeds in one form or another, along with legitimately provided images as well.

theres probably an automated method already created but dont expect any organic traffic your just gunna have to do a lot of advertising.

if theres not an automated solution which i doubt then just hire some people in india, 15 people at just under 3 minutes per product upload for 24 hours should get you about 7000 products .

dont know if thats ethical though

I am quite sure that you can do this from within admin by uploading a csv file of your products
