It depends heavily on exactly how much money the site makes. In most cases, you can easily sell a site for the amount of money it makes in a year, sometimes more if the site requires little maintenance.

Post some more information about the site and maybe you'll get better feedback.

Some useful information might include age of site, monthly revenue, etc.

Whenever you sell a website it comes down to income. Its very hard to value something like that in terms of anything else because it does not appear to be a site that you can run for "fun."

Its a nicely constructed site but I notice that some of the search terms such as "spongebob hemp pants" are not really related to what you are offering and so won't bring you targeted traffic.

It is a nice looking site but you need more traffic and making money is the bottom line.

Traffic is definetely a huge factor in deciding to buy a website. Some websites are bought for their traffic alone and the name and then used to redirect it to another site of similar content. This makes very good business sense if the site that is buying is in need of a new way to increase traffic and revenue. This technique works well if the company you are purchasing has enough unigue traffic to make a difference.
