I doing a website for a customer and they want to sell custom items (you upload a picture and they make a mouse pad or puzzle). I haven't set-up an Ecommerce site before. I resell hosting and do design. From what I can tell I need to get an IP address, Cert, shopping cart program, and an Ecommerce set-up.
No problem with the IP address and the Cert. but I'm not sure which shopping cart program to get. I need one that can do the shopping cart and then let the customer attach a picture to be e-mailed (or does that need to be another program). My customer wants to use PayPal Pro as his Ecommerce and I see that X-cart works with it. Can anyone tell me if it will do what I'm looking for and how hard is it to set-up?
Also, anything else that I may have left out. Thanks...
