Does anyone know of a good package/company that will easily let me integrate
a store into my website? with searching ? And results based on who logged
in? And of course a user uploading images and prices etc. into database.
I would like to be able to customize the look and feel of it (results and
search page and layout).

what about zencart or oscommerce, check out the store on my website nd see if that is the sort of thing you want

How much you can spend on a SEO ready shooping cart ? Every product file name will seperate .php or .html file just like an yahoo store. Let me know if you are interested...
