I plan on doing some freelancing, I am wondering how accepting money via paypal works with taxes.

Very simple. Logged in to PayPal, click Profile (navigation under My Account). Then, under Selling Preferences, select Sales Tax and modify the preferences to what you need.

so what about when income taxes come around. do I just need to keep logs and put that into my gross income?
