There are some private label affiliate programs out there that allow you to sell their goods to your customers without your customers knowing you're the middle man. Also, wholesale can work wonders, but it takes quite an investment.

As for a shopping cart, there are tons of free ones. Most allow excellent integration methods that should allow you to fit your existing template into it.

You don't need a special "eccommerce" webhost, as long as they have good uptime and support you'll be alright. Don't be afraid to spend a little here, most cheap hosts won't provide the uptime and support that you will need to run an ecommerce site.
A shopping cart can be aquired for free, such as osCommerce and ZenCart, these are both very good shopping cart systems.

As webbist stated, you should be able to integrate your current design into these pretty easily.

You will also need an SSL certificate.

Have you decided how you will accept payment? You can either use a third party merchant like Paypal or 2Checkout. Or you can get a real merchant account and accept credit cards right on your site.
