I was wondering what is a good way to get sub affiliates?I have a few pages built for affiliate marketing,and even offer money to ppl that sign up and accepted,but yet,to no avail.Any suggestions?I am a member at plenty of places and know if they pay on time,campaigns they have and the such.

Jeff,

If you are creating your very own affiliate marketing program you can use a affiliate marketing company to create your creatives (banners etc) and recruite your affiliates or you can have banners created and use commission junction (expensive) or clickexchange, fastclicks, shareasale and the list goes on.

Watch out for the crooks who will sign up for your program just to try to steal money from you. It happened to me on every program I use for my dating site. I think affiliate marketing is important and I recommend using a private company (if you have the cash) to design and recruite because they are going after the top affiliates for your category and you get the benefit of the link....

You can also try adding tutorials to help your affiliates. Tutorials to help them get started and to show them the best way to market your products.

The tutorials ideas is a really good one. Have you considered placing want ads or classified ads? Sounds a little weird, but there are thousands of sites where people look for sales jobs/affiliate programs.
