Howdy everyone,

I was wondering, do I need a business account to receive my earnings? Or could I just use my own personal account?

Thanks for the replies

You could use your personall account, but it's usually best to keep your business funds seperate from your personal funds.

Also, if you plan on accepting credit cards, most merchant accounts require a business checking account.

Thanks anacrusis,

I was thinking of using 2checkout.com for accepting payments. Would they require a business account or could i use a personal checking account (not my own personal but opening a new one) in accepting credit card payments?

Thanks

I don't think 2Checkout requires a business account, you may want to check with them first.
