I've seen several sites that have grocery prices at different stores from the flyers. Is this considered 'Fair Use' (ditto on brand names such as Coca-Cola)? Or is it copyright infringement, but slips by because the sites are so small?

I would say it's "fair use" to use brand names, especially if you sell them - think of all the free publicity you are giving the manufacturers
