As tempting as it may seem to get one back on these people you really must look at what the law of your country says - you may be breaking the law by doing this.
Dealing with these sort of people is part and parcel of running a forum.
LOL if somebody's annoying you, just sell their email so they get spammed!
Seriously though - you can't do this unless they've consented to receiving emails from "carefully selected parties", which is even still a bit much. And besides, unless you have thousands of people "annoying" you, the companies won't pay a dime.
