We are looking for a highly experienced web developer to design one a kind website with database. It must combined services and abilities of two websites. But have a totally different look. Must be made in html so our webmaster can manage the changes. Needs a database for information and pictures so they can be uploaded to/through the site. Also we will need to monitor who is visiting the site and allow others with certain member levels to view who has looked at their site. Please study these to sites:
www.Loopnet.com and www.rltrac.com. We want a site that will handle both kinds of businesses in one site. We do not want to copy these websites just use some of the same ideas. well you will need to rethink your request first,

You cannot have a site in HTML only that can talk to a database.
