Hi all
Well i have finally had it with paypal.
I have a paypal and a nochex account,both opened a few years ago,and wilst i have never had a problem with nochex my paypal account has been put on hold some 20 times,Both accounts have the same trafic and both sell the same things.

So anyway i see a lot on here are now taking e-gold so i have now got one of those,but what the hell is it all about ?

I sell you a script you pay me with gold? huh...do i ever get to see some real money.

If you are an e-gold account holder please just spend 5 mins and explain it to me,i have read all the info on their site but still cant figure it out.

e-gold is ridiculous, I tried it and you have to literally western union yourself money if you want to deposit or withdraw, i never bought into it, paypal has never done me wrong, except for high fees

There are sites that you can use to exchange egold for cash via Paypal and check. I think there is a freelancer site out there that does that, I just can't remember which one. You can also use Alert Pay to exchange egold for cash. Just add egold funds and then have the money sent to you via check or DD. The fees are worse than Paypal's though.

I found paypal and nochex their nothing wrong with jusr the fee's you have to pay

nothing wrong with paypal and nochex, just that paypal can limit your account. I have never tried egold

There are also multiple good alternate option available which you wish to look at like; worldpay, chronopay, moneybookers, protx & authorize.net ect.

I like paypal because it is so easy to use, and most people use it. Whenever I buy or sell something, the customer asks for it to be made via paypal.

We use paypal, but you have to watch out for chargebacks or customers complaints... The customers always win no matter what...

This is the first time I hear about nochex. I will check it out.
I have used paypal, google checkout, moneybookers, and authorize.net on my websites but so far, paypal is the safest and easiest payment solutions out there.

Problem with egold is that if you get ripped off, they dont really insure you. Its happened to me, at least with Paypal you can file a complaint and get your $$ back if anything happens.

egold can not take your money back if have problem in the future but paypal can do.

I use egold, becuase egold easy for me.

I use paypal because not much other choice. I dont like to use paypal because then have high fees, and give the customer to much control. Then can get there money back very easy. I once did a web design job the client wanted more and more then first asked for so i said i'm not doing anymore because i havnt charged for this, they reported to paypal and paypal gave them there money striaght back. I was left with no money and they had there website. Paypal only care about the buyer so be careful with them.

don't ever use e-gold where you can use paypal, anybody can hack your e-gold(or people say egold staff themself hack your account) easily. I was hacked 3 days before and lost my money where somebody transfer all my balance to his account and e-gold did nothing. this is the normal case for almost every third e-gold member. so STAY AWAY FROM E-GOLD

This is actually GOOD. I want my customers to know that they are well protected. Customers always go first in my business, there are times that I lose time and money, but it's better than having an unsatisfied customer.

I haven't been in the business for too long, but as far as I know if you treat your customers with respect then they treat you the same.

I think paypal is a good and reliable payment processor. I have read a lot of bad feedbacks about egold.

Paypal has got more acceptance but no chex hasn't .
