A friend of mine is setting up a dating/ marriage agency in the Ukraine. They have webcams installed for most of the girls. I have been asked to find out how to incorporate pay per view, pay per minute services for video chat. I am completely new to this sort of thing so if you can avoid too much jargon it would be appreciated 
I am pretty confident with html, can edit JavaScript, use Dreamweaver regularly and am experienced at site optimisation for search engines. That's about it! Looking to branch out a here, so as much information as possible would be appreciated ie server requirements, software, installation guidance. I looked at http://www.ifriends.com/ and this would be a good format. Thanks in advance guys
