I am looking fro a shopping cart, in PHP or ASP, that will also allow Pickup & Delivery function based on the carts inventory and store location.

Kind of like a flower site, or specialized fruit site:

I suppose these are a lot of such solutions.... The very flexible solution is X-cart (they support almost all interfaces for cerriers).

Also you may look through OSC with contrib modules. But it may take sufficiently time to get it to work.

Personally, I prefer X-cart because of simplicity of customization and clear code.

ASP base site that has extremly good flexibility is Volusion..
