Many studies have been done on effective ads and ad space - and AD PLACEMENT
One of the things discovered is that people tend to look at the upper left corner FIRST, then scan
about a third of the way down the left side, and then across the page....
THAT'S your "target area" for ads - but it's up to YOU if you want to use it for selling
something someone else owns, or if you want to sell something that belongs to YOU....
After all, selling someone elses wares is OK, but it's a one-time-shot, and you will
only get your percentage from one sale -
THAT means that you will have to continually generate TONS of traffic in order to
continue to convert clicks to sales
THIS IS WHY MOST PEOPLE FAIL....
THEY GO FOR THE "EASY" BUCKS
And, as you've been learning, the "easy bucks" aren't so "easy"
However :
If you'e selling something that belongs to YOU - you get not only ALL of the profits from every sale,
but you get the sign-ups that come along with it, and certainly, the sign-up list
has MORE value than a few one-time bucks bring in -
THAT'S the value in owning your OWN LIST !!!!
Right now, you're probably generating a list for SOMEONE ELSE (in this case, Google),
and Lord knows, they don't need YOUR List....
YOU DO !!!!
