There are actually many alternative to pay pal, but yet the most prefered service is paypal so I think it has to be the best somehow, its fastest & atleast free for buyers. Few alternatives of paypal are as follow

http://www.bitpass.com (a little different)
http://www.neteller.com (based in London) http://www.checkfree.com (another popular alternative)

but trust me, rate wise if you think paypal is costly nothing is cheaper.

Pay Pal blocked me after 2 months of sales claiming that all orders were refunded.
I have found an alternative http://www.securemarket.org - they are new on the market and don't need complicated registration or documents. To my mind, they are more responsible than other merchants.
