I'm interested: what should I do to get Paypal account? Should I create website for that etc?

I would also recommend choosing the Premier account option if you are going to use it to accept payments through websites or from other modes of transactions. You may also need to get verified using your Credit Card (even a virtual one will suffice) or your Bank Account.

open new account with paypal, need a valid email.
u will need to verify ur account, using credit card. have one.

paypal only allow people from a limited number of countries to open an account. Make sure that your country is listed. If you choose a different country than yours you may be able to create an account but you won't be able to verify your account.

Paypal is not about creating a new site,its for money transactions for your business and other purposes.Sign up at www.paypal.com and add your credit card for premium membership.
