Im starting a web design business and have a question reguarding whose responsibilty it is for web hosting. I have an acct with dreamhost and use it for my portfolio and personal sites. I just received some work from a client and Im not sure as to who will the the dreamhost acct holder.
Do I set up another acct in the clients name for webhosting and domain reg. or is that the responsibilty of the web designer to cover expenses and hold passwords and then pass that price along to the client?
