Hi,

I am wondering if there is any such thing as a content managment system (CMS) that will allow me to sell access to articles?

I want to a basic version of my articles, and a paid ‘pro’ version.

Well you could always start a member only area, or if you prefer sell them as an ebook?

This can be done with most cms especially if you going for the membership model. If going for the ebook, you could always use carts or even paypal pay now button for each articles

Try this:

http://amember.com/

It integrates with Joomla, one of the most popular content management systems out there right now. It manages subscriptions, has an integrated payment system, and a whole list of goodies...it has a bit of a price tag...but it may just be worth it
