Can anybody please put me in the right direction for me to obtain documents/agreements as a template for free so that I can use them for free within my business? Even if a small price is payable.

I use MS Word templates -- they've got scads of them for free online and they look very professional. The other alternative, if you're a Microsoft "hater" would be to create some templates of your own.

Otherwise just do a search for business forms and you'll find all kinds of things. If you're looking for a paritcular form, try a search for it by name. I found a lot of free one's this way while in college.
