Set up the site, spam the webmasters forums with your new website.
If you except paypal you will probably pick up allot of new webmasters who are just starting out and looking for a cheep way to advertise there websites.

The only problem you will have after that is getting affiliates to sign up with you.

As for direct compete with CJ, Azoogle and a lot more they will be your compertion.

You could try to find a niche, like specializing in CPA or CPL programs. These type of programs are becoming more popular and it could be a good idea to start off with niche and expand from there.

There's a great way to build up a lot of resentment and never get a paying customer. Spam is pretty unpopular, and should be avoided.

Maybe it's just me...
But I don't get this entire "spam" thing.

In my email account I get over a hundred emails every day.

They try to sell me, a ***** enlargment, penny stock, loose weight pills and "McBohamaire" from the Ivory Coast needs me to help him get his dead father's money.

In a worst case scenario once timed myself and found that I spent less than 15 seconds to "select all" and "delete."

I mean we junk mail in my "real postale box". I just toss them into the recycle can.
Why is this any different.

Lol don't say that! By all means advertise, but these forums get spammed repeatedly all day by people trying to get their hopeless businesses off the ground. Advertise - just don't spam!

I wish my email service was as fast as yours. I use postmaster.co.uk (well did - they are no beginning to charge so I can't be bothered).

Their service is slow and they only show you 10 emails per page in alphabetical order so I have no idea where my new emails are - I have to search each page. I own multiple email accounts so this takes forever and since they have rubbish junk mail filters, much of my new mail IS junk. It's thoroughly a waste of time. Thankfully, I've now set up my own hosting company so I'm using Roundcube webmail now to search my mail - much much faster
