Subscription based Video Tutorials

For a school project, I have been instructed to create a subscription based video tutorial web site.

The subscriptions will be similar to http://www.Lynda.com, where you pay a monthly/yearly subscription fee and you can view any and all video tutorials.

I have little knowledge with php/mysql...so this is going to be a real challenge for me.

What would be even better if there was some software already set up that could handle this for me.

Any tips or suggestions would be very helpful. Thank you

I dont know of software off hand. The only thing is maybe Joomla might be useful for that.

If you can pick up php/sql pretty quickly, it wouldn't be too hard.

Joomla is a CMS...not what i'm looking for.

I did find this, however.

http://www.vibralogix.com/linklokurl/

It might do the trick...it's essentially a plug in for some shopping carts that send a link to the buyers e-mail address. The link expires after x amount of minutes.

It's not what i was initially looking for, but I believe it will work for now. It's a new site, and the site has to evolve into something more. I think once the site evolves, the site owner will be able to fork over the money it takes to create some better subscription based video tutorials.
