hey guys... just a thought.... i was planning on buying a few websites.... my question is what are the steps in transfering ownership of the site? I know that the domain name and hosting plans would have to be transfered and also the site content would also have to be transfered to the new owner... but how does all this work? thanks

This is a mutual agreement between buyer and seller. Every transaction circumstances may be different. Sometimes the seller will do all this for you and sometimes they will require you to. If they require you to, then you may need to know basic HTML or how to setup DNS for a domain. I recommend you hire a broker to do this for you, if this sounds too foreign.
