Hi,
I work from home and I was just looking to earn some extra income. Anyway I sit in front of the computer all day so why not?
I was investigating if filling out surveys really work or not. I know I won't be making thousands a month, I'm not even expecting to do that. Just a little extra to send my mother overseas. To her it would be a lot.
I have signed up for the ones that free to join. All I got is spam in my email. I got like $5 to sign up but after that just junk.
I was wondering when you pay to join is it worth it ? Anybody had any experience with it ?
Here what I found:http://www.topsitereviews.info/12goo..._xZCDA#reviews

If it sounds too good to be true, then it usually is. This is just my opinion. I personally never had much success with paid survey sites.

I do the occasional paid survey on ciao.co.uk and they're definitely not a scam. I recommend that if you want paid surveys

It depends where to look. Although I take part in surveys, they tend not to offer cash but instead vouchers. For instance, one of the schemes I take part in offer £20 Amazon vouchers.

I have seen schemes where they pay you via Paypal, and I heard several good reports from them. In fact one guy that I know, was making around £120 a month from one scheme.

I am not sure about surveys. I tried quite good time to signup and waiting for getting the surveys. But most of the surveys, finaly says, that is for USA, CANADA, UK citizens or like that. So I joined in Adsense. I think that is good. But cannot say now. I signed up for "GenBucks" also. It is an Madicine Affiliate Programme. Hoping for a good return...like you.

I personally have not done any of those "get paid to do surveys", but I did a bit of research on them for my website. Ultimately, I determined this type of "get paid to do..." was not the type of work I wanted to promote to my site's visitors. I learned that many of these don't pay - you receive vouchers for material items. And those that do pay don't pay well.

Well. I use to do Paid Survey but for that I had to wait too long and money was not that good too. So I go on for real working rather than survey. So I joined freelancing sites and then I was getting some good cash

There are a few that I do surveys for. PineCone Research is a hard one to get into, the only way to do so is to happen upon a banner on a website-which is near impossible. But they pay $5.00 for each product survey. I've made about $150.00 since I've been with them for about 1 year plus have gotten some cool sample products to try (name brand products.)

American Consumer Opinion is another that you can make a few dollars off of, but sometimes is hard to qualify for particular surveys. I've only made about $15.00 from them in a year.

Mysurvey.com is another good one but it takes a while to make money from them. In a year I've only made $30.00 with them, but they also send products to try out from time to time.

Those are the only ones I've ever made money from. Not much and surveys sometimes take 3 - 25 minutes, but it makes for good pocket money.

IMO, 90% of these sites are scams. If they ask you to download anything, don't sign up, if their payout rate is pretty high ($30), don't sign up but then at the same time, if it is really low ($2) don't sign up either, in between. Always read their FAQ's page, sometimes on sites, if you don't reach the payout level in a month you're wiped clean to start over for the next month.

All these little catches that you can find just by looking around, do a google search on them, you might find a page like this. Personally...

I suggest EzyRewards.com, they reward you with domains and other prizes like vouchers and iPods. They are legitimate, the same person owns Optinom.com my own domain provider (which I have received 4 free domain names in the last year). PureProfile is another really, really good one. They are extremely well run and setup, you do everything from visit site, complete surveys and click on ads.

Most of them are scams and you won't get paid anything. They'll grab your email address and sell it to advertising companies and you'll receive plenty of spam.
There are some interesting discussions going on at this work from home forum and you might get a few ideas there on how to make money at home.

I make money from a survey company without doing anything. I have signed up over 200 people and I make money on every survey they do.
