Ok everyone - found that there's really not that many of these existing sites around for sale so it looks like I'm going to have to bite the bullet and have the site designed from scratch.
I need a ball park estimate from you as to how much it would cost to design/code a site similar to these:

www.wellbredpets.com
www.nextdaypets.com
www.dogbreedadvice.com
 The majority of the above sites contain these, but just to reiterate that these will have to be considered:
- I believe that a majority of the content on the site will require utilizing a database (probably MySQL) for breed characteristics, names, traits, searchs by these, etc
- A forum will have to be intergrated
- A user classified section is needed
- Will need user photo gallery & site photo gallery
- Will need to add video api (probably You-tube)
- A back end admin panel is required
- Adsense integration
Let me know price range and approx how long it would take you to complete using the above sites as a guide.
