We are a wildly successful web design firm based in the U.S. currently seeking new additions to our design/development team. You will be a subcontractor which means that you may work from any location and will not be classified as an employee.

Our firm provides services, including but not limited to:
- Web design and development
- Web redesign and redevelopment
- eCommerce and CMS
- Graphic Design for online purposes
- Graphic, Print & Decal Design for offline purposes
- Advertising/Promotion and SEO/SEM
We are seeking individuals who are multi-talented with a focus on web design/development and general graphic design skills.

General requirements for these positions are as follows:
- You must be a "people-person"; you must love the one-on-one relationships you develop with clients and strive to please them. You communication with our staff and our clients must be prompt and personable. All e-mails must be replied to within 24 hours.
- Although it is not required that you reside in the U.S., you MUST have excellent English skills and impeccable communication skills.
- You must have an eye for detail and be a perfectionist in terms of picking up on and perfecting every last detail of your project(s).
- You must be loyal, honorable, fair, and dedicated to our projects and to our clients.
- You will be paid via PayPal and/or business check so you must have a PayPal account.

We negotiate working rates with each member of our team; however, we generally pay new team additions between $8.00-$11.00 per hour for general, basic design work and between $11.00-$15.00 per hour for more detailed, complex design and development work. All team members may receive pay increases as their time with us and their performance warrants. Our senior team members are currently earning between $20.00-$30.00 per hour.
