We are a wildly successful, niche-focused web design/development firm with a client base that stretches the entire nation. We're currently in need of a Project Manager to help maintain excellent workflow and profitability within our firm. This position is available to anyone based in the USA as on-site location is not necessary.
Our firm provides services included but not limited to:
- Web design/development
- eCommerce and CMS
- Logo and Graphic Design
- Search Engine Optimization/Marketing
- Business Consulting

Position requirements are as follows:
- The PM must reside in the United States and have excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- The PM must have solid understanding and experience within the web design industry although does not have to be a designer/developer themselves. Understanding and experience is required in order to realize the needs/objectives of the clients and to communicate with the client properly.
- The PM must be friendly, warm, and possess excellent people skills. Having a personality is not an option at our firm - it is a requirement.
- The PM must be comfortable on the phone and have unlimited long distance. Broadband/high speed internet is also a must.
- The PM must be a team player as you will become a part of our "family"; you will be monitoring/supervising our staff, offering constructive criticism and motivation, ensuring our clients are being treated properly and receiving what they are paying for. We're not looking for a PM on a power trip.

This position does not involve cold calling or selling in any way, shape, or form.
You will be paid a percentage of each project that you manage; the majority of the projects are stress-free and will not require much work on your end other than communicating with the client and just simply overlooking the progress on the project. For projects that are more indepth and require a more hands-on approach, your percentage will be raised.
