Anyone Interested in creating a pligg template

I'm looking for it to be compatible with 9.8.2 and I only have 50 USD I can't spend on the project. I am looking for a Yellow, Blue and Grey mix for colors.

Alright give me some time as I know pligg will be releasing a new beta soon enough. I don't want to get stuck at 9.8.2 So when it's released I will pm you and we can start the discussion regarding a theme style.
