I just bought what I consider some really great domain names for the purpose of either reselling the domain name or developing a website or developing a website for the purpose of reselling. A perfect example of this that I just bought is www.2008Software.com A google search for 2007 software, either as an exact phrase or 2 seperate words, brings out a tremendous amount of hits.
I am willing to give someone a % of all revenue and/or % of sale of the domain name or website, in return for them, covering all hosting costs, a reasonable advance to me for agreeing to this- all of which will be put in writing & them designing & hosting the site. Yes, you could do something similar without me, but you're not going to get this domain name or any other similar ones in the next few years. I also have many other desirable names which pending on my experience with this, you would have a chance for a similar arrangement.
The main thing is though, I need someone who does these professionally & can get something running within a month.
