Hey im looking for a decent java irc client. My price range is free to 25 dollars, however free is best

I want something that looks good (and not crappy like pjirc) with emoticons and nice interface. Oh and easy to configure

I have checked out your current Java IRC applet that is running and it looks decent with smiles etc. What needs to be improved? Tell me more so i can help you out.
