There are tons of sites that offer free css templates. OSWD and Open Web Design are two popular sites.
Considering that you seem to want a simple layout, I'm sure the sites mentioned above would have it.

The "login goes here" thing at the top will of course require more than just a css layout.

Im not looking for a template. I just need a css design. I know making login in more then css, its php and mysql and all that. Im just giving an example of what I want and what would go in that place.
Those sites didnt work. I would like someone to make me one if someone would be kind enough
