Need Designer & Developer for Custom/Branded Wiki
I'd like to create a branded wiki that integrates a few different other features.
These other features include: voting, a "quote" system that stores user quotes for each wiki entry, a ranking system (for different attributes within the wiki entries). I would like for the voting, quote, and ranking to be entry-specific (e.g. describing/ranking attributes of each entry). Then I would also like a global ranking system for a few different categories to compare entries.
To use LostPedia as an example, I'd want people to be able to give quotes and vote about different characters (
http://www.lostpedia.com/wiki/Charlie_Pace). And then there would be a arnkings on top of that such as "Most likely to ___" to compare all of the different entries on site.
A fairly simple user and group profile system would be pretty important as well. Users and groups should have the option to be "affiliated" with certain wiki entries.
I would also like a custom skin, but I figure that's easier than the development or could be done by another person.

It seems like this might also be possible in drupal or integrating joomla to a wiki. It might also be possible to integrate media wiki with forum software and add some custom features.
I know this explanation is vague but I have a pretty good handle on this concept. At this point, I'm open to suggestions and would like somebody who could take ownership of development. My budget depends on the level of customization and participation of the developer. I am very serious about this project and I think that it could be very successful.
