Hi,
I hold five domains I think could become a very brandable and bit of niche market unto itself. Actually, under the right management, a fortune could be made IMHO.
GayLifeMagazine.com
GayLifeMag.com
GayLifeForums.com
GayLifeForum.com
GayLifeBlog.com
Millions of returns on Google search for "Gay Life".
Great gay domains are still somewhat of a niche "niche" market IMHO, but they sell for good money and are popular.
Please see what the British gay magazine "Gay Times Magazine" has become and the subscription prices they demand:

The phrase "Gay Life" is not offensive to the gay community and should be well received by the gay and lesbian community alike.
In comparison almost all the very best TLDs for "Lesbian Life" are taken. I am applying for a trademark / service mark for "Gay Life" today.

I'm looking for experienced web site developer(s) to help me in the initial stage of starting a forum ;GayLifeForums.com with GayLifeForum.com being a redirect.
And eventually expanding the branded term "Gay Life" to a blog GayLifeBlog.com.
Now what I am about to suggest may sound crazy, but eventually, after we have successful online "Gay Life" branded websites, I want to approach magazine publishers and brokers to see if they would be interested in the publication of our trademarked and branded term Gay Life into a magazine titled Gay Life Magazine (GayLifeMagzine.com).
In my opinion the title Gay Life Magazine would sell the magazine by itself. Esp if it was a high end magazine.
As I said before gay web sites and publications are still a bit of a niche market...they may always be. But there is room for these super domains on the internet and the magazine racks.
Please PM me for further details if interested in this project.
