I'm looking to hire an experienced CSS coder who I can use as a resource as I begin to learn CSS. Will pay a fair rate either per e-mail, per hour, etc. via PayPal or other mutually agreeable arrangement.
Requirements: - Documented proof of competency with CSS
- Volume/quality of posts on this forum (or similar)
- Portfolio
- Other equivalent
- Very good (or better) English skills
- Able to commit to e-mail turnaround times for the most part less than 12 hours.
