I am part of an organization called Pro Gaming Evolution. We need a website for our organization. Our budget is $150 Dollars. We are flexible with money. We need a flash header, and flash navigation bar. The navigation bar needs the following-News, Forums, Teams, Matches, Links, About Us, Contact.
It needs to be a centered template on about %85 percent of the page.
It needs to look very professional. The color schemes are Dark Blue and Black.
