I need a one-click-install wordpress template programmed. I already have the basic design, sliced and coded. All i need is for it to be turned into a wordpress template. I want the same CSS etc.. as the WordPress Default 1.6 by Michael Heilemann (comes with wordpress), but it needs to be in the following template: http://tinyurl.com/yqh4qd

I need this done today and will pay $25 via PayPal to get it done.

IM no programmer but have got 50 wordpress templates if you want them you can give me a few dollers or ill trade for advertsing for my main websites.
