Hi all

I can do a lot of things but this RSS just baffles me.
What i need is to have news/sports feeds on my webpage that are updated during the day,possibly something from the bbc.
to give you an example i have set up this test page www.netdet.biz you will see i have three items of news on thier,well these are the type of things i want,but as live feeds so they change.

can anyone help ?

willing to trade wife,templates,domain names what ever to get this sorted
