I have a very large site launch I am about to embark upon and I need someone who can integrate a fairly complex vBulletin and main page design for our new site.

My partner and I are looking to create a site very similar to www.letsbeef.com, which operates based on a call-out battle system. From the initial call-out, a battle’s specifications are decided upon and a thread is automatically set up, which can be voted upon by other members. The results of these battles are automatically tallied and each individual’s record is formulated accordingly.

Our concept for www.therhymelife.com, or TRL, is to have those records go on the main page of the website, formulating a top ten for both “text” and “audio” each month. Further, both the main page and the forum would need to accommodate advertisements of regular banner sizes, in addition to Adsense ads.

This is the main concept of our site and, if this can be done for a reasonable price, we have many other modifications in line for this start-up (a photo gallery where users can upload pictures, extensive user profile enhancements, a subscription system, etc.).

Graphically, we are looking to have a site that embodies the hip hop culture while maintaining a since of cleanliness and professionalism. An appropriate design is something that can make or break a site, especially when the target audience is between 14 and 18. With that said, designs like www.rhymenreason.net and www.letsbeef.com are what we are looking for. Something in a blue or a green with a cartoonish, graffiti-like feel is exactly what we have in mind. We’d also need some sort of logo that could be easily identifiable to TRL and be reproduced on various forums of media (buddy logos, letterhead, stickers and so on). We aren't looking for a flash designed site, but a php based site, as that is what vBulletin software is coded with.

What would be the cost of doing something like this and how long would it take until it is finished? I can guarantee repeat business if this projects goes smoothly.

As far as budget is concerned, I'm not entirely sure what kind of price range I'm looking for. I do know, however, that I'm looking for a trustworthy company that I could use again in the near future. We have a remarkable vision for this website and there are a lot of things we are looking to add in the future.
